The Piedmont Steelers 14U team have been disqualified immediately and indefinitely from league participation. I do not have any further information on this matter as it does not pertain to our organization. As noted on the schedule our organization is scheduled to compete against the Charlotte Vols, however the Vols do not carry a 14U team. Therefore, we were initially scheduled to play the Steelers 14U in that time slot, that’s no longer an option. With the immediate release of the Steelers came an immediate need to backfill our game at 14U, it was discussed and all agreed upon. The Jaguars 14U ONLY will complete the previously cancelled game against the Ballentyne Gators at West Meck HS tommorow beginning at 12 Noon. All 14U players need to report there at 10:45am please. I’m aware of the equipment needs and will have everything needed. This ONLY affects the 14U age group, everyone else business as usual.
